Illustrated talk: My Grandfather - a doctor in China 1906-23

at Harston Village Hall

Talk by John Hague (of Trumpington) using original lantern slides his grandfather took when he went in 1906, as a Doctor-Surgeon, to a hospital for leprosy in China. He later moved to a different region of China and became involved in an Expedition around 1923 for the Royal Society.

Tea/coffee/biscuits served after the talk.

Admission is free but donations to support the work of the History Group would be welcome.
