The development of The Pastures started in 2015. The new road was driven in between the existing Nos 168 and 170 High Street; the plot extending eastwards to the rear of Nos 24a and 24b London Road, and to the south behind No 168 High Street. The developer also bought No 168 High Street and intends to build a further dwelling in what was the rear garden of No 168.
