93 High Street, Yew Tree Cottage

This cottage has been listed by English Heritage as Grade II. It was built in the late 16th century. Their description includes: ‘Timber framed, plaster rendered and repaired in brick on left hand. Thatched roof of long straw and probably an original late 17th or early 18th century ridge stack of red and yellow brick. Lobby entry plan. Three windows at ground floor. Doorway opposite the stack.’
